Every state and county have different building and construction permit requirements. However, WE DO NOT require permits for construction, but it’s always good practice to check with your local permitting authority before you begin construction.
Our garages come with a 20-year rust-thru warranty and a 1-year workmanship warranty. Your complete satisfaction is our priority. We strive for 100% satisfaction!
