The roof pitch of a building refers to the amount of slope it has. At American Metal Garages, all of our metal structures come with a 3/12 pitch. However, we can always adjust the roof pitch according to your specific needs.
American Metal Garages products are certified by engineers to conform with the building codes in your state, excluding hunting blinds. If you have any additional requirements, such as greater snow load capacity or wind resistance, we can acquire engineer certification at your request. We are open to customized building projects and offer free generic plans for most standard buildings.
American Metal Garages provides a warranty for 20 years from the completion date of installation, covering rust through on the framing for 12 gauge materials under normal user care and maintenance. This warranty does not apply to 14 gauge materials. Furthermore, galvanization enhances the durability and visual appeal of your structure.

American Garage provides a 1-year warranty from the date of full installation, covering defects in workmanship under normal user care and maintenance.
